My husband and I travel up the hill to the snow with my granddaughter and fun loving Lab Libby and create a special family memory.
Hungry we headed to the town of Truckee. We were lucky to find a parking space. Lots of fellow travelers packed the restaurants and shops.
Looks like a store from my early years. The Truckee Variety Store has an abundance of memories. Stopped in for a quick trip down “Memory Lane”.

Being in the moment, I actually did not grab many snow pictures. More snow is on the way, and so another visit will be planned for photography.
